This Privacy Policy explains what information my app collection collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. I built my apps to respect your privacy and to collect as little information as possible.

1. Information I Collect
I do not collect personal information about you. I do not operate user accounts, and I do not receive, store, or have access to the content you create in the App.

Content you enter into our apps (such as entries, ratings, notes, or preferences) is stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud backup or device backup, that content may be included in your Apple backups, which are governed by Apple's privacy policy and controlled through your device settings.

2. Information Collected Automatically
Logicalwire / Thomas Eastman  does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software. I do not collect your device identifiers, IP address, location, or usage data.

Apple may collect certain diagnostic and usage information if you have chosen to share it with app developers through your device settings. This information is anonymous and aggregated, and I cannot identify you from it.

3. Permissions
If our apps asks for access to features on your device (for example, the camera or photo library), that access is used only to provide the feature you requested. Any photos or data you select stay on your device, and you can revoke permission at any time in your device's Settings.

4. Sharing of Information
I do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, because I do not collect it. If you choose to share content from the App using your device's share features, that sharing is controlled by you and by the service you share with. 

5. Tracking
Our apps do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and it does not use your data for advertising.

6. Data Retention and Deletion
Because your data is stored on your device, you control it. You can delete individual entries within the App, or delete all App data by uninstalling the app from your device. Data included in an Apple backup can be managed through your Apple ID settings.

7. Data Security
Your data remains on your device and is protected by your device's security features, such as your passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. I encourage you to keep your device and operating system up to date.

8. Children's Privacy
TasteMark does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal information to me, please contact me at appblonder@gmail.com and I will address it promptly.

9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the European Economic Area or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Because I do not collect or store your personal data, there is generally no data for me to provide or delete. If you have a privacy question or request, contact me at the email below and I will respond.

10. Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at https://logicalwire.com/apps/privacy with an updated effective date. If the App's data practices change materially, I will update this policy before the change takes effect. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
